Led the efforts for establishing the EY MENA Family Business Centre of Excellence, by developing family business sector strategy, methodologies, collaterals and resources requirements. Advised private companies across the Middle East, Lithuania, and Singapore in the areas of company structure development, efficient governance structure, and in preparing the next generation for company succession. Selected Contributions: • Established the Middle East Family Business Centre of Excellence, and managed P&L for the service line, as well as monitored customer interactions. • Instituted business strategies, methodologies, and conducted team training across various regions. • Developed new strategy and organization structures, and process management implementation on both organizational and legal levels. • Diagnosed complex problems and developed compelling, data-driven recommendations.
