Decision-Intelligence GmbH is a Swiss strategy advisory firm positioned at the interface of neuroscience, business and technology. Our core offering titled 'Decision-Intelligence' or DI, is the toolkit of the future, that all Entrepreneurs, Community, Government and Business Leaders will end up needing, as the world continues to become information-rich, but insight-poor, complex and uncertain. DI advocates four fundamental skills or proficiencies - mindset, framework, decision-logic and information access. A mastery of DI, translates to a mastery of these four skill-sets. Big-Data has equally big limitations - our work begins, where Big-Data ends. DI operates in the 'Small-Data' or 'No-Data' realm, where very little is known, and yet decisions need to be made. Many Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders routinely enter and thrive in this realm, and implicitly apply DI methods. Where we try and focus, is to make DI-driven decisions more explicit, delivering key interventions each step of the way. What does DI impact? - the quality of Decision-Making improves quickly, even in the short-term. In the long-term, the pay-offs are strategic and financial. DI isn't a new break-away paradigm. Its a healthy synthesis of what we've known for long. SibylGaze, an on-cloud Platform we've developed over the last 2 years, is the vehicle by which we deliver DI to clients. SibylGaze facilitates access to information, frameworks and decision-logic, in the context of an Industry. We're opening to partnering with other companies/organisations to apply DI in different settings. Typically, our partners bring access to paying customers, and a clear set of Decision-Making challenges to the table. We then custom-build a 'Decision-Intelligence Console' on SibylGaze, and jointly run it with the partner over a defined time-period.
