I am a member of the North American Executive team with over 1000 employees and lead Swiss Re Corporate Solutions across Canada, providing leadership across all facets of the organization including our strategic direction, financial performance, regulatory & governance, talent management, distribution, operations, along with continuing to build Corporate Solutions' presence in the Canadian commercial insurance market. I am the Chief Agent for Westport Insurance Corporation, Canadian Branch incorporating all aspects of regulatory requirements, corporate governance, fiduciary responsibilities of the branch and government and association relations. As a team, we have delivered year on year double digit enhanced financial performance with transformational growth. I am a former Chair of the North America Customer & Distribution Trading Forum. I am proud to lead the Canadian business and for it to be accredited a Great Place to Work in 2021.
