Through Aerotek's Perfect Fit recruitment model I Sourced, Screened, Selected, and Performance Monitored candidates that I placed on various job sites. I was able to maintain Sr. Recruiter levels in weekly revenue for the company and hit quotas that were put in place by the company. I was tasked with outside the box recruiting and was able to build strong relationships with local job banks and our state unemployment offices. I also had to maintain client relationships to qualify new business through setting up interview times and requesting feedback.
As a Front End Assistant I was responsible for packaging and loading groceries from Members at Costco. My role was not limited to just assisting members in the store, I also had roles in various departments. I loved this job because I was able to have flexible hours while going to school and playing baseball full-time. This is a great company and I am a member to this date.
