I started Tone and Strengthen, to provide a virtual fitness platform where people can experience the joy of movement and become better version of themselves. I believe being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of your health. Tone and Strengthen is a virtual platform that provides multidimensional solutions for healthy living. As the founder and head coach of Tone and Strengthen, I have led all aspects of business operations including business development, digital marketing, content creation and the creation of engaging social media and marketing strategies. I have lead a team of fitness instructors and virtual assistants. My role as the CEO and leader includes, creating program scheduling, assigning weekly tasks and providing my team with the tools to be successful. Since the founding, Tone and Strengthen has empowered people with strength and healthy habits, so they can live a life of passion.
