Here, my responsibilities included commercial development, estimation, production and factory control, with continuous support and travels to the ongoing works in Inhambane, Pemba, Tete, Beira, Nacala and Lichinga. Tedeco builds residential houses, administrative buildings and has a modular housing production line in Boane.

Meeting with major construction companies, architects, developers, in order to show MTAL capabilities and competences, and to use Martifer Alumínios' know-how to find the best solutions for all issues related with façades/envelope. Responsible for managingl incoming tenders from key clients, essentially from the French market, I managed all aspects of bidding: dealing daily with my team of estimators, negotiating with suppliers, sub-contractors, construction managers, installation specialists and others, my role was to produce technical and commercial offers that met the client’s requirements and bring new projects to Martifer's portfolio.

I worked specifically with large scale façade systems and Rainscreen cladding solutions. My role was to coordinate and develop the tender proposal in regards to pricing, value engineering, methodology and programme. I also worked closely with our Supply Chain to procure prices and get the best value for us and the overall Client.
