As a Business Analyst, my role is primarily centralised at: 1. Market & Business Analysis - Assist Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Manager in analysis duties including market study, preliminary feasibility study, relevant property sector studies including demand and supply, demographic surveys and undertaking relevant market research or activities for business proposal to be presented to the management - Assist AGM and Manager in preparing memo/reports/proposals/presentations/slides - Carry out assigned groundwork, research and market data compilation as and when required - Assist in written materials in English and Bahasa Malaysia including reading documents, writing and editing letters and preparing summaries - Monitor market reports, tenders and property industry news in local media, NAPIC and KPKT announcements including property markets reports, competitors launches, budget announcement, regulatory changes and news that will have impact on the business and circulate information to AGM and Manager when available - Liaise and follow-up with various parties both internal and external in order to gather information Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior 2. Networking & Government relations - Provide governmental initiative analysis especially in updating the introduction of new policy and regulations, government budget, existing policies that are related to company business direction. - Keep abreast of the announcements and actions / issues of public interest, organizations which effect or could affect the company business strategy, identification of government procedures and support which are directly involved with company’s operations. - Liaison and maintain two ways communication between Encorp and the federal or state government agencies, local authorities, regulators, corporate and business contacts for a more positive operational environment.

Managing 100 Hectare of Napier plantation for continuous supply to farms in Pekan, Pahang by leading the buy-off from contractor and arrangement with implementing agencies. 3. Managing 1352 Hectares of oil palm estates in Tanjung Batu, Pahang on plantation, weeding, fertilizing and participants management. 4. Managing and supporting implementing agency in projects management to ensure operations are following SOP and KPI’s are meet. 5. Generating monthly progress report for ECERDC and implementing agencies top management. 6. Managing events in introducing ECERDC to public and sharing of knowledge. 7. Managing project accounts for 4 project sites that include overall income and expenditures
