Achievements: • Increase in PR by 4% of Jumbo Roll Category by reducing changeover times. • Successfully passed the in-house HIRA exam conducted by Safety Department achieving 93.3% score. • Implemented AM step 0 to 3 in Jumbo Roll Line with training and qualification of entire team on shop floor.

• Lead and supervised a team of 70 workers and 4 production supervisors for proper & efficient manufacturing process. • Responsible for managing 6 Waterlines (Krones & Sidel) and 2 Tissue lines (Winkeler-Dunneiber) with packaging machineries. • Plan and execute production operations to meet demand & operational plan. • Responsible for Manufacturing Capacity Enhancement in order to achieve increasing sales requirement by improving CPMs of existing lines. • Improve KPIs and optimize line operations to reduce operating and product cost. • Responsible to control and optimize Raw material and packaging material wastages and develop actions plan for waste reduction. • To make sure the implementation of GMP standards during the production process. • Review and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtimes. • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment; following department specific safety rules, procedures, policies and programs; identifying and reporting hazards; wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE’s). • Performs responsibilities in accordance with ISO procedures and work instructions. • Responsible for factory productivity and operational KPI’s (OEE, Waste, Packaging yields) • Coordinating with Planning and Warehousing team to ensure the material availability to run smooth Production. • Ensuring all Quality SOP's, protocols, precautions are followed for all parameters for man, material, method, and machine. Achievements: • Highest production of facial tissue paper 85,081 cases in the month of April 2018. • Successfully completion of mechanical up-gradation of WD Tissue line from 4200 sheets/min to 6400 sheets/min. • Increased Line Efficiency & Mechanical Efficiency by 5% by reducing Changeovers time and unplanned losses. • GMP champion for the month of July 2018.

• Leading an extensive 45 member team of operations department to ensure delivery of required volumes at the highest quality of safety standards. • Responsible to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities along with breakdowns root cause analysis during shift and assure maximum capacity utilization with energy efficient way and with optimize workforce. • Responsible for managing and driving the implementation of TPM process by coordinating the TPM activities for losses eradication in all departments of the factory. • Lean Manufacturing, 5S Implementation, Improvement Projects for efficient Operations. • Responsible for achieving KPI of the plant. • To ensure that the working environment and all work practices follow company and occupational health & safety guidelines. Achievements: • Increased OEE of the plant by 9% by eliminating unplanned downtime and losses. • Implemented Just in Time (JIT) strategy to optimize and lower warehouse and inventory costs by as much as 15%. • FRL equipment installation on Napkin Machines to reduce pneumatic components failure by 50%.

• Plan & manage for day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials) in order to efficiently, safely & cost effectively achieve the production & performance targets as agreed with management. • Responsible to prepare report daily for morning meeting, and monthly to Deputy General Manager for monthly manufacturing meeting. • To maintain minimum inventory level for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation parts at line by timely ordering and maintaining the real time stock level. • Worked with cross-functional teams (Quality, Procurement and HSE) ensuring human safety. • Responsible for overall production process control inclusive of quality of raw material and packaging material used so to achieve quality and reliable production at low cost.
