Build up greenfield factory for manufacturing tobacco processing, cigarette making & packing in Jordan: Initiate the project feasibility studies (definition, tax, budget, time and scope) Develop and direct resources planning, budget control and master time plan; Prepare project design specifications and detailed design taking into account the company Global standards; Engineering, Procurement, Leaf, R&D, QC, Manufacturing, NFBA, and FM; Grant JIB & local authorities approval Manage the bidding of contracts with the consultants as per FEDIC STANDARDS. Conduct value engineering for the project to sustain the planned budget Monitor & control the project schedule, budget & risks in alignment with Regional & Global steering committee & raise the sensitive issues; Prepare & communicate project status reports and project change requests for project sponsor, team members, stakeholders and the steering committee; Resolve issues as arise across the project activities which impact on the project deliverables.
