The reason I founded UltraTech was the project I started to develop back in April 2019 to introduce an environmentally friendly filling machine, a disruptive business model that aimed to reduce manufacturing carbon footprint. It is an automation system that replaces the current conventional product packing in supermarkets. The system is meant to replace the package of milk and other drinking liquid in supermarkets. The value proposition is to reduce and or eliminate the manufacturing carbon footprint of packaging and its relevant supply chain. The technical part is the composition of food and non-food grade equipment such as pumps and pipes and other peripherals that circulate the liquid within the closed-circuit integrated with the output section. It is a fully automated and intelligent integrated system that encompasses physical equipment and synchronizing arrangement. B-Innovative Startup I have founded B-Innovativ to introduce and develop a monitoring system that detects and identifies low-yield and high-yield particles categorized as hazardous and harmful materials or classified as explosives. There were two methodologies to apply: first, to apply the short ultrasonic waves to detect the contents of item or particles made of solid material and, applying longer subsonic and infrasonic waves to penetrate formable materials and then analyzing the frequencies that can penetrate other materials (like fabrics). Second, applying a noncontact ultrasound acquisition of information and signal processing using orthogonal wavelet basis function of Haar (Daubechies1), Daubechies, Coilflets and symlet (et al Ilarionov R, Shopov N, Simeonov I, Kilifarev H, 2010). The whole mechanism meant to scan the particles by utilizing ultrasound wavelets generate from the transducer to identify cavities made in the mixed particles (with explosive material contained), through the image analyzing program that identifies the differences in the properties between the normal particles and explosive materials that are visible when scanned. The introduced model was a hybrid technology to combine the advantages of high-contrast microwave imaging with high-resolution ultrasound imaging to detect improvised explosive devices. The technique contained two important segments: 1- detection process; 2- identification process; the detection process consists of the physical operation that engages devices that use the techniques to browse through the object and acquire information and send the information to the other part that analyses the information and identifies the content and issues alarm when anomalies established. Industrialize and commercialize the solution through the respective channels was the ultimate objective to utilize the whole concept into a commercialize enterprise.
