Main Duties & Responsibilities: Gathering, classifying & analyzing all available information in a useful manner to be used in valuation of the proposed project. Conducting market research for any proposed economic sector. Preparing plans of action for investment based on financial analysis and specify all the needed data to have a reliable financial study. Evaluating and analyzing new investments opportunities using different valuation techniques & performing feasibility studies for any recommended project. Evaluating the participation in existing companies(projects)through the valuation of fair share price. Building up complete Financial Models and valuation analysis. Assist in studying large-scale projects in different Economic sectors (real estate development, Tourism, industrial, Medical, Education, utilities). Valuing the Participation of the SSIF in Private funds. Evaluating & analyzing existing investment opportunities financial positions. Assisting Manager in preparing business contracts and memorandum with other business parties. Assist in reviewing and preparing the budgets for hotels . Reporting any financial & non-financial risk arising from the related agreements. Presenting the results& the recommendations the Investment Committee through conducting verbal & written presentation. Conducting SWOT analysis for the proposed project.
