Managing Local Sales within the United Arab Emirates, Managing and Supervising 4 Sales Divisions - AMED (Ambulance Medical Equipments Division), HEED (Hospital & Emergency Equipments Division), HSWD (Health & Safety at Workplace Division) and Governments Division, Relationship Building, Product Presentation & Demostration, Sales Forecasting, New Account Developing, Deal Closing and Tradeshow Support, Coordinating with Logistics, Sales and Accounts Division to ensure smooth workflow and process.

Managing and Supervising After Sales & Service Division comprising of 5-member team, dealing with AEDs, Evacuation Chairs, Ambulance Equipments and other Emergency Equipments, Scheduling Site Visits and Inspection Time Table, Delegating Team to follow up with clients and notify prior to expiry of consumable/perishable items and to provide replacement parts with necessary, Ensuring top quality after-sales service and ensuring the satisfaction of the client, Conducting Feedback Surveys and modifying delivery time and inspection gaps, Coordinating with Logistics, Sales and Accounts Division to ensure smooth workflow and process.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails, Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business, Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries, and drafting price quotations, Representing the company at exhibitions and trade shows, Conducting product demonstrations for clients, Liaising with other internal departments such as purchase, inventory and accounts to ensure stock availability and delivery of items to clients within promised time, Recording sales and order information and sending copies to internal departments, Reviewing individual sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Analyzing Market Trends within Sudan for Equipment Range from Spencer, Meeting with Potential Clients to secure Direct Purchase deals, Preparing Daily Activity and Sales Reports for Management, Exploring Corporate Market to find Corporate Partners/Distributors to market Spencer Products.

Marketing and Introduction of Ultra-Sound Equipment, ECG, Bedside Monitors, Defibrillators and Lab Equipment in the local market.

Servicing & Maintenance of Hospital Equipments from Lab, XRay Radiology, Monitoring Equipment, Sterilization Equipment, Hemodialysis & Water Treatment Units.
