• Being responsible to achieving the purchase needs of the site for :- • Hiring EME equipment from dozers, Crawler & mobile cranes, tippers, rollers, trailers, wheel loaders, generators, light towers & welding machines. • Hiring specialised suppliers for transferring dredging material. • Hiring specialised laboratory in geotechnical tests (CPTU tests) &soil test • Hiring specialised suppliers in docking & undocking service for dredgers • Hiring specialised suppliers in dry docking activities for dredgers • Hiring specialised suppliers in condition survey, bunker survey, full condition survey & diving survey • Purchase the needed overhaul & spare parts of the marine engines (Caterpillar, Perkins, FG Wilson). • Purchase the needed hydraulic equipment, hydraulic spare parts (Pipes, hoses, flanges, chroming) & the needed service of repairing the hydraulic equipment • Purchase the needed services for steel machinery or steel fabrication (Pontoon, Cutter Shaft, etc.. ) • Purchase the needed services for rewinding electric motors • Renew the needed certificates according to BV or ABS standards • Purchase the needed items from Steel plates, Steel sectors, Oils, lifting gears, Zinc anodes, PPE, Bearing, Marine Paints, Electric needs, Plumbing, Bolts & IT needs (Software & Hardware)

Local Purchasing Manager at Elteriak Group , Group of factories working in automotive feeding industries, paints , plastic pipes & plastic molds Being responsible to be sure of achieving the purchase plan of the group without any fail in each factory. Lead the local purchasing team to achieve the purchasing plan of the group. Plan the delivery of purchase needs according to the production, consumption & the stock. Lead the local purchasing team to have alternative suppliers. Establish long term agreements with the suppliers. Centralizing the purchase needs of the group to reduce cost.   Take essential decisions to keep the production performance in the planned levels. Develop the working process of the group. Being sure of the efficiency of ISO system in the department. Remote & evaluate the suppliers performance according to the ISO principles.

•Being responsible for purchase the local needs for the factory . •Lead the local purchasing team to achieve the purchase plan for the factory. •Localization the imported spare parts & find suppliers for them in Egypt instead of import. •Evaluate the suppliers & develop the promoted suppliers to raise their quality & efficiency. •Transfer the experience to the purchasing team. •Solve problems that purchase team face it. •Key user on SAP system using MM modules.

•Being responsible for the procurement for CKD chassis parts & machinery parts needed for bus manufacturing ,from the local market & 35% of the trim parts (doors &luggage doors ,glasses ,lighting system ,air condition, rubber ,fiber, seats, oils & Tires ) from the local market. •Localization Process for the new parts main duties are extended towards finding local substitutes to the above mentioned items to replace those that are imported . •Sourcing for alternative suppliers in the local market to keep improvement. •Assign long term agreements with the suppliers. •Follow up the initial samples with quality department to reach the quality level we need. •Key user on SAP system using MM modules. •Evaluate the suppliers and to develop the promoted suppliers to raise their quality and their efficiency . •Transfer the experience to the new purchasing engineers in the purchasing department. •Internal Auditor for the Occupation health & Safety system . •Member of the first aid team.
