I am in charge of planning and managing operations within the company as well as communicating with key customers. One of the main activities I am involved is mediation between companies. The company whose main activity is mediation, among other things, I did business consulting, RTD projects and representing companies in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mediations I have done are between customers and suppliers of various products or services. The company's main focus is on connecting companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina with companies from the rest of the world. I did projects that required knowledge of different writing methodologies. The industries I have worked in mediation are the metal industry, food industry, IT sector, paper packing industry and employment mediation. Responsibilities in brief: • Finding suppliers and organizing production • Business development and consulting • Connecting companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina with companies from the rest of the world. • Representing clients when arranging deals • Organization of agreed affairs • Planning and managing processes within the company • Writing and implementation of projects in accordance with customer requirements
