I provide strategic management consulting services to a number of clients in the private and public sectors. I specialize in project management and Information Systems design. I have delivered complex projects dealing with public sector safety for the Government of Canada as well as in the marketing and advertising sector. I developed a comprehensive portfolio management system to allow senior managers to manage the health of large application development portfolios. The system provides continuous insight based on standard project metrics for a $ 2 B portfolio of projects for a large Canadian Government Agency, allowing senior management to identify and quickly intervene on projects that are not tracking in a positive direction.
