Investment Firm • Actively involved in management and decision making of the subsidiaries which include company in health insurance, primary healthcare and financial institutions. • Preparation of Management Reports – (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, etc). • Analyzing financial statements of all subsidiaries by comparing actual with budget and recommending actions on a monthly basis • Preparing group account • Preparing group budget • Conducting due diligence and writing of due diligence report • Writing of business plan • Tax planning and management • Carry out investigation when directed by GCEO • Working with group subsidiaries to develop and update the accounting procedural manual • Ensuring compliance with Government Policies, i.e. P.A.Y.E, Pension, WHT, VAT,Corporate Taxation etc • Overseeing audit of a specific functions of the subsidiary as directed by GCEO • Reconciling current accounts of companies within the group • Treasury management and banking relations • Ensuring prompt submission of weekly and monthly financial reports of subsidiaries • Spearheading M &A process including deal origination, due diligence, deal structuring and deal close. • Managing fund raising process
