As the Founding Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, I was responsible for both organizational as well as educational verticals of the society. Organizational tasks included managing funding, setting up seminars and workshops, conducting rounds of selection for the university negotiation and mediation teams, and liasoning with the administration. During the course of the year, I also organized a short, intensive course conducted by ADR-ODR International which accredits personnel as qualified civil and commercial mediators in the Wales and United Kingdom. Educational tasks included conducting training workshops, seminars and practice rounds for negotiation for all students of the university and setting the problems for the internal selection rounds for the university team. I was also responsible for judging the internal selection rounds of the university.
I was enrolled as a member in the Society of Construction Law, India. The Society of Construction Law, India is affiliated to the Society of Construction Law, U.K. and is network of professionals in the legal field dealing with matters relating to construction law.
