GLOBAL TRAINING MANAGER- SUN COUNTRY ACADEMY I am currently heavily involved in the development and deployment of plug-in electric vehicle training throughout the far-reaching territory of Sun Country Integrated group of companies. I have worked very closely with numerous companies throughout the world delivering comprehensive technical training on electrified products such as the Chevrolet Volt, Nissan Leaf, Spark EV, Wheego, Think City, BYD and even Tesla. I also am involved with a group of companies in the Caribbean looking to bring plug-in electric product into the island countries of the region (and especially in conjunction with solar charging) On Nov 1 2015 I assisted in the importation and implementation of the very first shipment of electric vehicles into Cuba. NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER - VTRUX CANADA I'm currently part of a business team responsible for the implementation and operation of a robust electric vehicle service network throughout Canada and other parts of the world. My responsibilities include the development of accurate and safe EV service protocols and training for the entire VIA Motors / Vtrux Canada product line as well as authoring and delivering electric vehicle and charging infrastructure training for Sun Country Highway clients worldwide. My personal goals in this regard are clear and focused. I will create and nurture an international workforce of plug-in electric vehicle engineers and technicians able to quickly and effectively analyze and respond to ANY technical or servicing issues that may arise. I will decisively and fairly adjudicate warranty concerns. I will continually strive to provide constant and consistent feedback to the OEM in such a fashion that will assist that OEM in continual improvement of their electric vehicle product line, and with the ultimate goal of bettering that OEMs position in the Canadian and worldwide EV marketplace.
