Recognized for my reliability and ability to deliver results, I was approached by Senior Project figures to take on the role of Site Manager in the UAE, still supporting the other project scopes of work, I was tasked to focus on overseeing the successful delivery of Transition pieces. • Overseeing all aspects of the fabrication on site, including planning & scheduling. Ensuring that the project meets all deadlines. • Leading and managing a team of 22 persons Expats & Locals. Ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively. Providing guidance and supervision to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols. • Implementing and maintaining quality management procedures to ensure that all fabricated products meet the required specifications and standards. Ensuring all inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues. • Ensuring that all fabrication activities are carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and contractor policies. • Acting as a liaison between the UK team project team, Contractors, Sub-suppliers, and other stakeholders. Facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of any issues or obstacles that may arise. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of all fabrication activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and any changes or deviations from the original plan. Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of the project. • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them. Developing contingency plans and solutions to address any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the fabrication process. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in fabrication operations.
