Strategy and Management: competition analysis focused on approaches to sustainability; integration of Corporate Social Responsibility issues into corporate strategy, objectives and targets; drafting of ethical codes, policies and guidelines to manage Corporate Social Responsibility aspects; training and coaching of employees on sustainability issues; elaboration of stakeholder engagement plans; creation of a sustainability governance system. Communication and Green Marketing: definition of a sustainable communication plan; identification of the most suitable communication channels for the different groups of stakeholders; development of a sustainable brand identity avoiding the risk of doing greenwashing; green marketing campaigns aimed at promoting products and/or services with sustainable features; development of internal communication projects in order to create involvement and strengthen the sense of belonging of the employees.
