November 2021 Pentair acquired Pleatco/ Guardian Filtration for 255M one of the largest acquisitions in the space. Day to day Handling all forecasting, production planning, employee relations, the company P\L of 26 million, and Leading a team of 50-70 towards company goals of revenue increase, transitioning to a larger facility, bringing team members up to speed on lean manufacturing techniques and expanding to a larger market share in pool cartridge filtration. Our team was a top preforming cartridge site based on revenue/ production per paid hour.
Overseen all Operations for the Greenville plant once Pleatco acquired Guardian. We added a production line, 45 production and 4 office/management team members. Ramped production up 300%, and had a revenue growth of 105% in 10 months. As working thru being acquired by pentair in Q4.
February of 2021 Guardian Filtration Products was acquired by Pleatco Filtration for 12x ebitda. I had worked thru all the due diligence and Acquisition process as the # Member/ operator for the Lone owner.
