Providing lifestyle-based exercises and programs to help clients make progress despite health setbacks. Ace’s Performance Co, is expanding into the Corporate Wellness & Community Health market. Meticulously designing Fitness/Nutrition & Wellness plans for health organizations and businesses in the community. We also are a student/athlete developmental sports analytics company. Ace’s Performance Co. trains student athletes on 3 main principles: Sports-specific Training with analysis, Nutrition, and Mentoring. Cultivating cerebral and well-rounded athletes/citizens. Our training, we utilize sports tech to effectively measure the athletes' skills sets and training periodization. We will also tailor a nutritional program for the athletes to match their activity, environment, training age and goals. Also, we are starting a fun program for the students that are not into sports.
