Responsible for managing since mid 2016 Admin Services unit, providing accounting services to Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland (since 2017) BUs on group SAP Core solution, and Master Data unit (since 2016), managing products master data for Italy, with the objective to further extend it geographically and in terms of provided services. Responsible for managing since 2015 People Services unit, providing personnel administration and payroll for non executives to all Italian legal entities (Autogrill SpA, Autogrill Europe SpA, Autogrill Italia SpA, Nuova Sidap srl, Autogrill Advanced Business Service SpA), managing in-house end-to-end HR processes on an integrated, on-premise SAP HR platform for more than 10.000 employees. Directly reporting to the Chief Information & Business Process Officer Europe with the following main responsibilities: - Services provision and governance accordingly to intercompany contracts/ SLA - Service and systems stabilization, evolution, automation and digitalization - Internal customer management and new internal customers/ services on-boarding - Cost control and cost optimization - Wide Team coordination.

Responsible for creating and managing from 2015 People Services unit, a unit providing personnel administration and payroll for non executives to italian legal entities (Autogrill SpA, Nuova Sidap srl), managing in-house end-to-end processes on an integrated, on-premise SAP HR platform, with objectives of service stabilization, evolution, automation and digitalization reporting to the Chief Information & Business Process Officer Europe.

Responsible, within European ICT Shared Service Unit, for the ICT Project Portfolio, managing internal customers relationship related to any ICT request, development or innovation need. Coordinating a Team of Project Managers, following all ICT Projects from the initial 'Idea' phase up to the 'Transition to Service', directly reporting to the Chief Information & Business Process Officer Europe with the following responsibilities: - Strategic project planning and goal settings - Project execution/ governance, keeping under control time, deliverables, costs, overall business case - Project prioritization and continuous Project Portfolio alignment - ICT department resources scheduling, allocation and control - Overall capex responsibility and projects cost control (budget, actual, forecast) - Communication and reporting to Stakeholder - Project methodology and standard definition - Direct coordination of a Team of project managers following Group strategic areas - Customer Proximity, Product Leadership, Store Operations Excellence, Right Contracts & Investment, Agile Enterprise.

Responsible for the European development and delivery of all enterprise applications in line with market trends and technology evolutions within the European ICT Shared Service Unit directly reporting to Chief Information Officer Europe with the following responsibilities: - Demand management - ICT Project feasibility and execution - Application maintenance services - Overall cost control (opex and capex) - Development and Delivery Team coordination.

Responsible for the European applications portfolio development and maintenance (AFC solutions, store back office, consolidation and reporting systems), in line with Group business strategy, reporting to Group CIO with the following responsibilities: - Demand management - ICT Project feasibility (scope, plan and cost definition, business case support, software selection) - ICT Project execution (delivery, supplier coordination, reporting, communication to stakeholders) - Application maintenance services - Overall cost control (opex and capex) - Solution and Delivery Team coordination

Managing implementation projects and applications management services for different customers in Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, US. Main customers/ projects followed as a Manager: - Olivetti Tecnost, Ivrea (IT) 2004 - 2005 - Project responsible for Olivetti European Subsidiaries Agency Model blueprint definition and SAP R/3 system prototype realization - Infineon Technologies, Bratislava (SK) 2003 - Support to EU Transition Lead/ Service Manager for SAP application maintenance unit set-up and service initiation from Bratislava Delivery Center, 1 of 3 off-shore delivery centers, providing service for Client European SAP applications with 50+ dedicated resources.
