-Supervise operations and supply chain including purchasing, forecasting, production planning, maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory, of multiple location operations. -Ensure adequate inventory levels to support sales plan -Drive continuous improvement, Lean projects, and productivity to drive savings and efficiency -Identify, develop and manage key strategic supplier relationships both overseas and local -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department -Works with other senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.

Analyze and forecast sales to quantify purchases for various departments of Rw&Co. Plan budgets accordingly, and react within season to ensure inventory levels remain as close as possible to my budgeted plan. I began at the company in 2008 as a merchandise allocator and through various promotions due to more than satisfactory work, I became a planning analyst in 2013. I use the tools and programs necessary to provide information to the buyers about regional sales information, sales projections, quantities to order, and any ideas that may assist the company in meeting its sales criteria. Communication is a key factor in my job, as I must interact with the buyers, planners and fellow analysts on a daily basis to ensure everyone on the team is current on any changes of information that will have an effect on their work objectives.
