End to end project management: - determination of the scope, goals, result and schedule of work (MS Project, ERP); - project cost estimation, formation and control of the project budget; - calendar and network planning of work performance; - timing control and accounting of work performance; - track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables such as engineering documents, procurement and status of all disciplines, decisions on corrective actions - document management of the project (Design, Engineering, Executive documentation); - coordination and ensuring the interaction of all project participants (Customer, Technical customer, EPC contractor, subcontractors, supervisory structures); - every day interaction with the Client : kick off, progress design reviews, coordination of the technical specifications, decisions on projects and , support of contracts at all stages - examination of TDA, commercial risks management; - interface with different departments involved in projects (Engineering and Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Warehouse, Manufacturing facility, Logistic); - Communication with subcontractors (search / selection, control of mutual settlements, contractual and tender work), calculation of volumes, cost and determination of the timing of work, control of construction and installation work / commissioning at the site, quality control of work; - interaction with subcontractors and coordination of their work at the Client's site in the CIS and the EU. - project support during the warranty and post-warranty period, resolution of controversial issues. - interaction with the compliance Authorities, arranging of equipment commissioning. - сlose out activities and lessons learnt sessions.
