Following a successful career of 15 years in International Finance and a further 18 years in Operations Management and now 6 years as Auxilium Business Consulting - a bespoke business consultancy My multi-faceted role in business operations has allowed me to develop key skills which include support to senior management, HR and Health & Safety responsibilities and office management. Through this experience, I have gained a solid grasp of operations and business practices for SMEs and enhanced customer/supplier-facing communication skills. I have a wide range of business connections and support small businesses in the Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas in Surrey. I work with my clients to complete the actions, allow them the power to complete them themselves, or outsource some actions to a specialist e.g. HRM, Health & Safety, Social Media, Copyrighting, Bookkeeping, Coaching etc.
