Responsible for: • Launched Design System library used across all product lineup. Worked closely with front-end developers to create a component core library. • Established a new collaboration and design hand-off process by leading Sketch and Zeplin Enterprise program. • Established design strategies and frameworks to transform Skai's "Search,” "Ecom,” "Social" to an engaging and dynamic platform. • Designed and shipped the "Modular layout" experience spanning multiple touch points in Skai's ecosystem, which resulted in increased revenue and engagement. • Partnered with an external platform to launch an innovative feature that inspires clients' fit confidence by matching a personalized model to Skai's clients. • Work with cross-functional teams (customer service, marketing, merchandising, engineering, QA, etc.) on front-end e-commerce projects. • Coordinated design process and long-term design strategy in collaboration with the Product owners and the Engineering team. • Mentored trainee designers during the 3-month "Design Training" program. Assisted product teams in hiring designers by selecting and interviewing candidates.
