• Establishment of logistics organization in Dubai Supply Center and responsible for all logistics business to GCC and Africa regions. • Designing the operating model to streamline the engagement outcomes with all destination countries, making the procurement strategy according to local environment and business requirement, logistics service collaboration & selection strategy to qualify the right supplier, performing the operational excellence to improve overall operation efficiency, process and system adjustment to enhance the overall efficiency and cost saving targets. • Act as customs compliance accountability to ensure all external engagement are fully complied without any potential risks, such as customs, chamber of commerce, and any other parties that involved with Huawei DSC business. • Maintain the partnerships and sourcing with all Logistics Service Providers drive the operational efficiency, control the inventory turnover and reduce overall supply costs and risk mitigation. • Focused on current up-to-date technology in the supply chain / logistics technologies to develop some transformation projects of SMART Logistics such as real-time transportation visibility, management & operation dashboard design, warehousing process & operation automation, container loading simulation and overall business process fulfillment automation (no touch).

• Accountable & responsible for global logistics strategy and network designing, act as PMO to managing all logistics related projects establishment and implementation, personally involved on ME, Africa and Europe projects roll-out in terms to find a balanced solution in between cost and efficiency to support customer requirement. • Streamline and optimize the collaboration model with all categories logistics service providers, classify various tiers of service provider based on different business scenarios and multiple layers in country, regional and global level. • Establishment of Control Tower concept in all local country, regional and global levels among all logistics business organization with awarded service provider to build up the communication and escalation channel as well as service team to provides fast problem-solving mechanism and efficiency improvement. • Nominated as Logistics Business Manager of Consumer Business Group to build up a new organization of logistics line management and business execution in all region and countries where the business concerned, such as process & IT design and integration, operation and managing structure optimization, global supply network review, procurement of logistics service provider strategy making and budgets management versus business targets.
