- Lead incubation of Startups for Investment Readiness and assist in overall operational management for its successful execution - Lead Strategic Communications and opportunities for collaborations with institutions including the media. - Drive Partnership and Business Development for Adanian Labs with institutions across Africa to deepen market share, bespoke innovative solutions and drive impact within the innovation ecosystem. - Design and implement a strategy to build, grow and sustain a long-term, thriving and active innovation community - Implement Human Resources policies and Financial Management across all labs - Coordinate and engage the Innovation Community and act as the knowledge management focal point for Innovation Community - Drive an active and engaged community through knowledge sharing sessions, hackathons, and facilitating the growth of startups within the Lab - Manage the overall functioning of the lab facilities, environment, and operational team. - Manage the Labs member pipeline: generate leads, conduct tours, and build a pipeline of exciting new startups to join our program and ensure a full occupancy and community participation each month - Manage day-to-day team member’s needs and works to get to know member companies and develop meaningful relationships to provide them with the best resources and opportunities possible - Coordinate and run events and ongoing tailored programming, with the ability to assess outcomes, receive feedback, analyze methods and techniques, and participate in the ongoing development of events and programming - Build strong relationships between the business community, local government, and the Labs community. - Coordinate with external partners, managing short term Adanian Lab projects.
