• Effectively influence and create achievable and measurable project plans to deliver results according to organizational initiatives and client needs • Lead a team of project managers, displaying a passion for coaching and developing the team through a democratic leadership style • Consistently identify, implement and socialize the most effective processes, tools and systems to keep the department current with project management excellence. Develop new system of processes and operational infrastructure to drive efficiency, improve processes and communication, and create best-in-class project management practices (Smartsheets, Slack, Google Drive, Monday.com) • Oversee execution, workflow, resourcing of projects and budgets surpassing one million dollars • Establish the intake mechanism and oversee multiple large complex projects by providing strategic prioritization and direction to projects, peers, and team; leverage problem solving skills to identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed • Lead communications with clients to provide campaign updates and budget status.
