Transferred to the Corporate headquarters in Denmark to work on one of the key (top 10) projects in our company: Leading to Win. The goal of the project is to develop leaders who will drive Coloplast to achieve our ambition to be among the best medical device companies in the world. Report to the Director of Global HR. • Successfully worked with Executive management to set the direction for leadership in Coloplast, which resulted in 4 strategic leadership principles. Responsible for cascading them globally utilizing several communication platforms, our HR business partners and managers. • Co-Developed a global leadership programme designed to equip our 800 managers to live the leadership principles and enhance their effectiveness as a leader. Value of the programme received a rating from managers of a 4.3/5 globally. • Co-developed and launched a global People Review process in which management teams get together to discuss their employees’ performance and development: resulting in a company overview of high performers and better development plans for employees. • Co-designed a new global engagement and leadership survey (People Survey) used to measure and improve engagement and leadership in Coloplast by benchmarking both internally and externally. Specifically responsible for designing the questionnaire, the communication plan, and a process to work with the results (Engagement Specific Action Plans).
