A joint venture with Luxury Family Hotels, I opened a group of hotel spas providing Aquae Sulis treatments. I rolled the concept out to a number of hotels with the group and beyond. During this time I managed and developed the businesses including daily operations, management reporting, sales and marketing with full P&L responsibility. I negotiated the sale of this company and the products company to Luxury Family Hotels (Von Essen Hotels) in 2004 on behalf of the board and our private investors. During this negotiation I sold the products company to a management team from LFH.

I managed sales and operations of the Aquae Sulis Company supplying skin care products and spa business consultancy services. I developed various routes to market included recruiting international distributors across the world including Greece, USA and Australia. Developed a range of boutique skin care products based around the City of Bath. The range competed with Espa & AA, I launched a chain of spas within luxury hotel chain and raised venture capital to develop the business and sold the company on behalf of the investors in 2004. The company strategy was to create a franchise model and the hotel group took this concept in house for branding of their spas
I joined the UK's largest re-seller of the BAAN ERP and CRM business software as it was establishing its UK operations. I joined Apex as a front line help desk consultant for the leading Tetra accounting application software. My responsibilities included; Programme fault diagnostics Support upgrades Incident management I progressed in the team to team leader visiting customer's working in partnership with the implementation consultants and project managers. I was promoted to an account manager, formulating customer IT strategies and Systems upgrade projects. This success led to a new business sales role with an annual sales target of £750k. In 1991 I relocate to the north of England to work for another Tetra reseller. During this time I help with the set-up of a regional office in 1994 the reseller was bought by Apex Systems.
