Responsible for corporate identity & branding, product branding, marketing services and all marketing communications including web sites, social media, public relations, advertising and trade shows. Provides overall thought leadership for Republic Elite marketing including market insights, trends for product innovation, voice of customer feedback and strategic planning. Responsible for the review and creative execution of multifamily marketing materials ensuring creative is well-produced, executed efficiently and consistently represents the company’s vision, brand promise and core mission. Drive external communications for all Republic Elite brands and products Manage external vendors / project management for website, collateral, samples, etc Develop and execute social media and trade show strategies Implement metrics and monitor for effectiveness Architect and Design Community Development Develop strategy for integrating Republic Elite into the A&D community Plan, execute, and monitor progress of A&D strategy Create process for Republic Elite brands and products to be specified into new projects Track rate of spec to actual conversion of sold jobs; monitor progress and drive effectiveness Business Development Analyze current and predictive market data and emerging trends compared with existing markets. Identify and drive growth into emerging end markets, including renovation, student housing, and hospitality.
