I lead the 12-person senior executive team in overseeing a complex operation importing and exclusively distributing 32 global brands. I drive e-commerce and brick & mortar channel managing over 10000 SKUs, holistic pet services for all the needs of pet owners including pet stores, pet hotels and day care facilities, grooming, mobile grooming, pet relocation. I collaborate directly with shareholders in coordinating objectives related to local and international business expansion, investing in new businesses, M&A, JVs, and new product developments, while leading the operation with full P&L responsibility. I lead conversations with investors for raising equity to support expansion efforts. In my relatively short time here I have driven significant growth in online sales, achieved record-high revenue, drastically improved customer conversion, and increased new customer acquisition. These wins were realized through coordinated efforts in technological enhancements including the upgrade of the ERP systems, the launch of a new website, a mobile app launch, novel digital marketing campaigns, personalized communication initiatives, and leveraging previously untapped promotion tools to capitalize on lucrative sales opportunities including Black Friday, Singles Day, and Cyber Monday. As an organization, our mission champions holistic pet services to accommodate the multifaceted needs of pet owners including pet stores, pet hotels, daycare facilities, grooming, mobile grooming, and pet relocation services. I’m proud of our products, our distribution partners, and our market performance with growth across categories. My team has been all too deserving of the recognition we have generated with awards and distinctions including “Best Online Pet Store” from Animalia; the Community Advisory Award for the “Best Pet Store” as voted by customers; and the “Most Valued Partner” from Instashop (a subsidiary of Delivery Hero).
