I aslo experiment the job of consulting in international management as ISM Dakar group YYP( Young professional program) -For the Junior Leadership Coaching , we created a program which is calling " Leadership Academic" at Birago Diop high school/ISM Dakar;, which, i'm the coordinator. In this is program we do personal development, emotional intelligence, citizenship, sustainable development goals. The aim is to shape the leaders of tomorrow and global citizen at the young age.
