Tarsus acquired F&E Aerospace in 2007 and with it The Dubai Airshow, the third-largest aviation event in the world. It is the flagship event for Tarsus’ Dubai operation and a leading event in the region. Tarsus F&E also manages a market-leading portfolio of events, including MEBAA Dubai, GESS Dubai and GPP. My role in the company includes: ▪ Work with Marketing & Communications Director to produce and implement digital marketing plans across all F&E Aerospace events ▪ Responsible for the maintenance, development and integrity of the Aerospace customer database, ensuring data is accurate, current and correctly segmented ▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for the Aerospace customer database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems, data management and streamline online marketing communications ▪ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to include email marketing, SEO and PPC ▪ Ensure event websites are fully up to date, track engagement rates and make improvements where necessary; oversee build and delivery of new websites ▪ Liaise with external & internal suppliers including: CRM database, email marketing system, online advertising agency and web team ▪ Oversee and coach the Sales and Marketing Administrator in any of their data management and digital activities ▪ Keep up to date with digital marketing developments and new technologies ▪ Project manage registration procedure for all events including system design, on-site process management, supplier relationship. ▪ Manage relationships with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) ▪ Work with Marketing & Communications Director to mentor & guide the Marketing Executive.
