I report directly to the CEO of the organisation and play 3 crucial roles at UnLtd India: A. National Scouting Lead: Lead the first significant step of identifying quality social entrepreneurs for the incubation program - strategizing and implementing the entire scouting strategy including running the entire application process end to end. So far collated 3400 applications in the past 10 cohorts over 5 years with a 40% increase in applications from tier 2 and 3 cities. Additionally curated and executed 25 workshops across India - targeted, value-added interventions in tier 2 & 3 cities on Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking etc. B. Building strategic partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders (Govt, NGOs, Incubators, CSR, funders etc). So far built 70+ partnerships including Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS), Millennium Alliance, TISS, incubators like Villgro, AIC Banasthali, Digital Impact Square to name a few. C. Incubation coach: Enabling / Supporting social entrepreneurs in finding solutions to their challenges and helping them build themselves & their organisations through a structured non-judgemental approach of listening, probing, nudging, guidance, recommendations and connections across support areas covered under the UnLtd India’s incubation program. A total of 12 social entrepreneurs supported so far. Others: - Created SOPs and processes for the scouting vertical to build process efficiencies. - Conducting workshops independently on topics like Theory of Change and Problem - Solution Matrix - Represented UnLtd India as part of Jury panels across platforms such as - Maharashtra Startup Week (2020 & 21), IIT B – Abhudhyay (2018 & 19), TISS iPreneur 2018, MisFits, YESUMMIT (2020 & 21), Maharashtra start up Yatra, Hult Prize SVV to name a few.
