1-Responsible for testing and troubleshooting all systems mechanical hardware and implement design modifications in agreement with the Project Engineering Team and Change Control procedures. To participant in the project risk assessments and project kick off meetings 2-Responsible for definition of the system logic work closely with the design engineering team. 3-Responsible for troubleshooting all mechanical drawings based on established design. And implement design modifications in agreement with the Project Engineering 4-Responsible for the generation and implementation of written Commissioning Procedures, including acceptance test procedures. 5-Responsible for training customer personnel in the proper operation of the Production line. Must prepare training materials for various production line Systems Technologies, including the provision of Standard Service Products relating to the specific technology 6-Ready to travel to specified sites (both domestic and international) to perform commissioning and service activities. Travel take place on evenings or weekends as required meeting the customer’s need. 7-Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customer. While performing service, and must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements while maintaining machine's commercial interests. Independently resolves adverse situations constructively. 8-Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Commissioning Reports, Time Tracking, Site Visit Reports, Expense Reports and other business related documents .Work as part of the service team when required. 9-Responsible for training Customers’, Company’s Distributor engineers’ in the correct use and maintenance procedures for Production line. 10- Responsible for making all the mechanical production line Installation for high speed machines and with the most high technology.

1-Responsible for a big maintenance team of the mechanical maintenance technicians. 2-Responsible for the grinding and polishing crystal machines maintenance (continuous production lines). 3-Responsible of preparation of the (daily, monthly and annual) maintenance schedule. 4-Responsible for the pneumatic control circuits (design, maintenance, technical selection, and manufacturing of the actuators with all parameters). 5- Responsible for all Technical calculations for the machining of the spare parts (full design including calculations of loads and stresses, material selection, and mark out the machining stages). 6- Revision of all machining drawings and put the fits and tolerances and the surface finish marks and mark out the heat treatment needed. 7- Responsible for the maintenance of gas burners. 8- Responsible of all plant pumps with all its kinds (centrifugal, magnetic, diaphragm, Reciprocating …etc). 9- Mark out the quantities of the consumable machine parts and responsible for its technical specifications, and buy it from the international markets and it depends on the consumption rates. 10-Responsible for the maintenance of the water treatment systems all over the plant. 11--Follow up the lubrication and grease rates.
