• Establish the overall strategies and make sure the overall performance is complying with them. • Set the annual goals, and supervise, review, and approve the overall business plans, including marketing plan. • Setting the objectives, and system analysis of the information system to guarantee effective and efficient performance measurement, internal control, and accountability. • Making sure that all the procedures of the business are in compliance with laws and regulations. • Setting the professional service approach that provides the outline of performing the services in compliance with professional standards and ethics. • Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses. • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. • Direct and coordinate organization\'s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. • Lead expansion programs and the negotiations with new investors, new alliances, and cooperation agreements. • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. • Establish the continuous training program and guarantee its continuity and efficiency.
