Recruitment team: - Populating life sciences’ database with linguistic and DTP resources - Testing and evaluating of new resources and existing ones on new life sciences specializations (mainly medical devices, pharma, dossier submission/regulatory, IVD) - Direct involvement in cost containment initiatives/Developing of successful negotiation strategies - Recruitment of clinicians, ICRs and CLRs for linguistic validation projects - Involvement in external (ISO, UNE, client audits, etc.) and internal audits for translation industry - Training and mentoring of new VM team members - Recruitment of digital marketing strategy resources - Linguistic, DTP and clinician database maintenance (admin tasks) Allocation team: The main responsibility of the allocation team is to set up linguistic teams of life sciences resources according to the project’s needs and costs. - Managing translation and localization multilingual projects. - Assuming whole responsibility for the quality and budget needs of all projects. - Working closely with the Vendor Management team to select the most qualified team for the particular project needs. - Comprehensive project followup. - Performing final quality checks before project delivering. - Ensure communication flow between freelance translators and clients. - Strict control and adherence of project deadlines. - Developing problem solving strategies to face issues that may come up during the course of the projects.

- Monitoring the staff's details in the company registries. - Managing the recruitment process for the inhouse staff. Phone filters/face to face/skype interviews. Candidate followup. - Deploying training programs for the inhouse staff. - Working closely with and reporting to the company's CEO to define HR strategies.

o Freelancers testing and selection process in many language combinations. This is done through Internet searches in the main translation portals, website applications and referral from other vendors already working for SeproTec. o Evaluation of each translator’s skills, previous experience and credentials according to the needs of each project in particular. o Continuous monitoring of translators work through feedback and quality scores. o Continuous support to the project management department in relation to the needs of the ongoing projects (especially for complex projects that involve many language combinations). o Continuous maintenance and updating of the company freelancers databases. o Guidance to the project management department in relation to freelance vendor partners, language combinations needs, etc. o Continuous cooperation with the heads of other business units in order to define strategies and courses of action for different areas of work. o Monitoring of translation processes, workflows, schedules and financial state of each project in particular. o Preparation of material for different translation tendering processes.

• Authoring, development and localization of e-learning content through specially designed tools in different languages. • Carrying out of QA procedures of the contents created. • Use of e-learning platforms. • Use of Microsoft Office 2010 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

I graduated in 2006 at the Olga Cossettini Institute in Rosario, Sta. Fe, Argentina, earning a degree in scientific, literary and technical English <> Spanish translation. In that same year, I also became a simultaneous and consecutive English <> Spanish interpreter at the same Olga Cosettinni Institute. Most importantly, in 2010, I earned a bachelor degree in translation at the National University of Rosario. Languages and a vocation to help facilitate communication between different cultures are my great passions in life. I have been working as a freelance translator since I first graduated in 2006, mainly dealing with texts in the fields of IT, medicine, SAP, legal, tourism, technical user guides, financing, accounting and marketing. Nonetheless, I am also interested in areas related to social sciences such as education, history, media, literature, pedagogy and arts. Luckily, I have had the chance to travel extensively throughout the world and live in places different than my home country, which made me enrich my experiences from a multicultural point of view and allowed me to understand a variety of cultures. All this had an extremely positive influence in my work as a translator and interpreter during the last years.
