Roles and Responsibilities as Procurement Manager: •Set up, negotiate and manage supplier contracts for the company leading to better management of business risks •Took an active role in decision making to achieve the company’s vision of promoting sustainable agriculture and improving farmer livelihoods by increasing production and procurement. •Liaised with category, production, and sales teams to ensure fulfillment rate of 99.2% and on-time dispatch of 98%. • Initiate and Improve supply and sourcing processes which are linked to demand forecast.
