• Inventory management and stock optimisation in the 3PL warehouse to prevent product stock out for beauty boxes and reduce the holding cost of products. • Integration of 2 applications Quick Base (Planning software) and Odoo inventory management system (ERP) to streamline the inventory management system of Bellabox. • Process planning to provide solutions to supply constraints and the delivery plans for the end to end supply chain, by monitoring the demand of the boxes and the quantity of products supplied by suppliers.

• Worked under the drilling systems department, for drilling of directional wells with advanced Logging While Drilling (LWD) tools at Mumbai High Offshore , India. Logistics & Supply Chain Management Roles: • Inventory management based upon operational requirements by sending weekly inventory update to the base • Prepared the shipping manifest and coordinated the logistical movement of tools and along with BHGE unit container, from one oil rig to another as per the instructions from the operations coordinator. • Prepared and sent the run reports of the down-hole tools after every run to the base, to help the workshop for planning the reverse logistical movement for the servicing of the LWD tools required for upcoming jobs. • Supported senior team members in the logistics decision making during the operation as per the requirements of the client in offshore so that essential supplies reach the offshore installation on time. Operations Management Roles: • Managed and directed the teams in field and in back-end operations in troubleshooting efforts that alleviated errors in one of the complex jobs in Mumbai High offshore, India. • Worked with the support teams to prevent/ reduce Non-Performance Time on BHGE. • Monitored the tool and sensor operations while on rig to consistently meet rigorous customer requirements. • Participated in all the Pre‐Job and Root Cause Analysis meetings related to any job failure throughout the fiscal year. • Mentored junior engineers and new hires to perform better for improving the competency and efficiency of the team. Other Technical Roles: • Interpretation of logs, its quality control and real time data transmission. • Worked with Directional Drilling Engineers to run Rotary Steerable Tool (Autotrak G3 & Autotrak GT) in drilling horizontal and deviated oil/gas wells along with logging tools. • Experienced with QUAD Combo jobs and successfully taken more than 100 formation pressure points .

• Worked as a Lead MWD (Measurements while Drilling) Engineer, Directional Drilling Department in onshore oil fields of Western India. • Interfaced and liaised with a team of highly experienced professionals during rig operations to meet the requirements of the clients. • Involved in Pre-job planning and preparations to help the team work to strictly follow the schedules and deadlines. • Troubleshooted the equipment problems to ensure operations ran as per client requirements. • Maintained onsite inventory and ensured timely supplies of essential goods for running operations. Also sent weekly inventory consumption reports to the base. • Coordinated logistics of the tools and equipment required on site as per the instruction from the base. • Supported the base coordinator in logistics decision making, while multiple projects are running at the same time, so that the operational performance of the company was not hampered.

The project"Reconciliation of onsite measured fluid level data with software calculated figure with respect to Sucker Rod Pump." (1st June to 15th July 2011): • Developed Excel spreadsheets to compare the behavior of oil wells with different scenarios to facilitate the understanding of the production behavior of the oil/gas field and to perform a trend analysis for the pump behavior of different wells for cost effectivity of the operations. • Analyzed the impact of the changes in operation parameters on the efficiency of the Sucker Rod Pump to predict the equipment reliability and to understand the potential causes of pump failure to improve the operational efficiency. • Researched and analyzed the behavior of oil/gas wells with the help of remote operations technology using the Life of Well Information Software(LOWIS) to improve the output of the field in an automated and cost-effective manner.
