•Advise private equity firms / investors on potential investment opportunities and M&A transactions in various sectors with focus on healthcare, educational and real-estate sectors •Develop financial models, feasibility studies and business valuations using DCF and Multiples approach with reliance of precedent transactions and comparable companies •Structure private real-estate funds and Real-Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) •Prepare investment marketing materials, information memorandum and bankable business models •Structure multiple Build-to-Suit (BTS) real-estate development models for schools and hypermarkets •Work closely with legal advisors to negotiate on legal due diligence prior and negotiating the terms of shareholders agreements and SPAs •Liaising with private equity firms for fund raising and arranging debt through the local banks for the clients •Assisting Asset Management department on structuring new products and drafting Investment Policy Statements •Stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance. •Continuously reporting and presenting to the BoD the performance update and progress of the department
