Started my carreer of at Sogeti Netherlands B.V. with a 5 week during SAP MM S4/Hana Masterclass in Mumbai India. During these weeks we covered all modules of the logistic related processes of SAP. After getting back from the masterclass I acquired my TMap HD Testing certification, followed a SAP ECC course, acquired my Tosca Testautomation Tool Certificate, attended LEAN Yellowbelt and Greenbelt training. Subsequently I attended different courses regarding SCRUM, Agile, Cloud, Security etc. After the Christmas holidays I was able to start my first project at Philips Healthcare.
Training key users from the business on how to perform SAP related requests within the SAP GRP system and ServiceNow. During this time I was responsible for setting up the key user model within the production kernels for all plants worldwide, arranging the necessary authorizations for the key users, raising Change Requests for the changed support processes and training and supporting the key users in their new activities. Project Management: Optimizing the first and second line SAP support process within the factory by handing over all activities to key users and the second and thirth line support team(s). Writing work instructions, training key users and coaching key users in their new activities. Change management: during the transition period I was working close with the business to support them and convince them of the need to change. Authorization consultant: providing business users with SAP accounts and authorizations for different SAP kernels via SAP GRP system. Advising users which authorization they would need and taking lead in communication between business users and IT. First Line Support: helping business users all plants worldwide with solving issues within the SAP production kernel and if necessary raising tickets on behalf of the users to the dedicated second and thirth line support team(s). My main focus was on the SAP Logistic modules MM, SD and WM.
