(-) adjunct management Among the primary responsibilities: • Driving the process of Product planning, providing the cross functional teams with clarity while taking into account the approach and dependencies of a wider range of individual disciplines. • Ensuring projects delivering on time, identifying opportunities and threats and correcting the process quickly and as necessary. • Identifying challenges in team process and design and proposing new processes and workflows. • Organizing weekly and monthly Product planning process ( eg. milestones, actions, templates, calendar, participants) • Grooming, triaging and prioritizing the back log for new features, maintenance and change requests both for final users and internal stakeholders (A/B Testing, Survey, etc ). Jira, Slack, Trello, KanBan and other tools • Aligning the development in collaboration with PMs/POs of related domains within the digital product • Aligning with PMs from different corporate functions including customer care, partner services, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders for the product • Orchestrating briefings, kick offs, brainstorming, and review/approval process steps, communicating decisions and next steps with clarity and appropriate urgency within the team and with the client. • Assuring the stand up meetings, sprint review and retrospective with teams for further improvement • Acting as POC between Product, functional business teams and Management to drive collaboration, help with prioritization and ensuring compliance. • Managing product financials, including monthly, quarterly and annual budgets & reporting. -- Among previous projects: - Core banking - digital transformation & solutions, BtC, Web Services & App - Regulatory & Compliance, Finance & Tax - Industry 4.0, Business Modeling - Health-Tech, BPM & Iot - Agri-Tech, Iot, Predictive Maintenance, Remote Controlling - Information Systems & FP&A, Data Analysis
