As Chief Growth Officer, I'm responsible for creating the entire growth strategy for APlanet, including both brand (awareness campaigns, creative ideas, and image-building) and growth (SEO/SEM initiatives, landing pages optimizations, product creation, traffic/user acquisition, and other growth-related initiatives) strategy. I do this by collaborating with the Executive team members. My primary focus is to work with the relevant experts within my own teams, Studio, Marketing team, Business Support, and Comms team to formulate which initiatives to focus on. By understanding the market data, the best ideas from the Brand and Marketing teams, and the capabilities that exist within APlanet. And, oversee each initiative within the strategy to completion. I'm both a facilitator and enabler to my team.
