Provides end users reporting with quality insights, actionable info. Structures, manages and extracts data from multiple applications. Coordinates and manages initiatives with all the business verticals served by the company (automotive, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail, technology, Telecom and Media, Energy and Utilities, Travel, Logistics and Hospitality, Video Games). Executes action plans to improve performance. Coordinates work with other support groups (QA, training, etc). Applies statistical knowledge and data modeling to provide high quality predictions. Delivers analytics solutions such as speech analytics, text mining, top contact drivers, correlations, among others, both with structured and unstructured data. Manages the Data Science team.
