• Responsible to keep production flowing smoothly with necessary materials through strategic daily truck planning and overview. • Manage the logistical aspects of a product’s life cycle from design to disposal. • Assist and coordinate international documents, and facilitate training packets / instructions to the plant level. • Properly apply correct tariff & valuation practices to each international shipment, and assist plant locations in escalation when necessary. • Assist in claim research and recovery. • Update and merge finance and operational excel reports. • Printing various shipping labels, and preparing documents such as NAFTA, bill of ladings, commercial invoices, and maintaining records with adequate reporting techniques. • Customer service interaction between plants, brokers, forwarders, and 3PL. • Liaison between Gestamp plant locations and account receivables at the suppliers to ensure finance has all necessary documents. • Prepares Landed Cost Studies and Sea Container Utilization Reporting. • Actively track & trace all Gestamp material to final destination for production or testing with correct Incoterms applied. • Provide program reporting of material status for automobile OEMs.

• Responsible to facilitate all aspects of the course from the professor to students • Responsible to teach concepts and core competencies of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access • Aid students with questions and demonstrations in regards to homework and exams • Maintain availability to participating students • Organize and execute student help sessions

• Support the creation of Purchasing systems and procedures • Apply Kautex policies and procedures to supplier base • Develop and maintain an open liaison relationship with suppliers • Provide launch support at supplier, Kautex manufacturing sites. • Supports the continuous quality improvement process by continually evaluating products & processes for potential incremental enhancements • Capture Lessons Learned for future products or procedures

• Accountable for picking and stocking parts • Familiarity with Epicor ERP software • Assist with shipping and receiving functions within the warehouse, including the loading and unloading of inventory • Responsible to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy • Communicate effectively within a team environment • Input order data accurately and efficiently • Successfully obtain objectives to meet fulfillment requirements of 100% customer order accuracy
