A flavour of our services includes: • Reducing water costs for councils and water authorities, including assessing premises to check for incorrect tariffs, leakages and oversized meters in relation to property sizes. • Full risk assessments for Legionella, inspecting hot water systems and tanks, generating schematics and checking for defects and conformity to BS6700. • Water chlorination of tanks and down services, testing of samples and preparation of written reports and recommendations for clients. • Investigating possible leakages sites using ultrasonic and leak noise correlation equipment. • Tracing water supplies, including locations of plastic water supplies and generates schematics using Microsoft Visio software • Generates specifications and installs new water supplies from 20mm - 250mm diameters using a team of Installation Engineers. • Provides a comprehensive fire hydrant service for the private sectors and uses hydraulic tests for fire dry risers in properties, through to issuing of BS9990 certifications. Note: The UK operation is managed through 5 teams of fitters across the country and I personally organise all logistics, and plant requirements.
Aspect Forestry serves both the commercial and private sectors including local authorities, structural engineers, highway authorities, builders and developers. This part of my business dovetails in with Aspect Water and provides a comprehensive service for my customers. Here I: • Manage a team of professional tree surgeons, carrying out work to NPTC, BS3998 and BS5837 standards • Prepare and submit Council Planning applications for extensive work, especially in the areas of conservation and preservation • Coordinates and arranges for additional contractors to assist on site projects, especially those requiring overhead cranes and rough terrain vehicles • Undertakes investigatory work where tree roots may be the cause of damaged or leaking water supplies In addition, I recycle 100% of waste in an environmentally friendly manner, reusing resources as logs and chippings.
