Successfully showed the world that both Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Customer Experience (CX) can go hand in hand no matter if they are behind or outside the prison walls. Built and established the foundations for the HR, Operational and Business strategies that allows Connect Centre to strike a fine balance between CSR and CX at the same time. Groomed and developed various like-minded individuals into teams that was able to continously drive Connect Centre's growth and expansion in the contact centre industry.
